The Masterclass structure

Day one: We’ll bust the common French stereotypes to help you navigate the national code of conduct.
Day two: We’ll introduce you to 9 personality types you might encounter in France and the art of reading
between the lines.
Day three: We’ll explore each type’s typical needs and wants to help you lay down the foundations of negotiation.
Day four: We’ll practice influencing tools and techniques that are effective when working with the 9 types.
Day five: Using what you have learned during the week you’ll negotiate your way through a simulated crisis in our Situation Room.
